Advanced Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training in Europe: 300 hours to Yoga Alliance standards (RYT 300) for yoga teachers and dedicated students, held in Austria and taught in English. The training covers 40 days, Wednesday to Sunday, and can be completed in one stay or spread over a year. Location: Rossatz on the Danube (Wachau valley).

WHO IT IS FOR
For those who already teach and want to go further: leading demanding breathing and meditation techniques with confidence, understanding the source texts, and gaining more teaching practice with feedback.

CURRICULUM – SIX ONE-WEEK MODULES
– Modules 1 to 4: philosophy, anatomy, teaching methodology, breath and meditation
– Module 5: advanced pranayama, bandha and mudra with the Hatha Yoga Pradipika
– Module 6: philosophy and meditation of the tantric tradition: Shiva Sutras, Vijnana Bhairava Tantra

DAILY SCHEDULE
08:00–09:00 practice · 09:45–12:15 theory · 12:30–13:30 practice · 15:00 theory (Thu and Fri) · 17:30–20:00 evening classes. Monday and Tuesday are free.

ACCOMMODATION
The three apartments are in the same house as the studio. The Danube, the cycle path and the ferry to Dürnstein are within walking distance.

CERTIFICATION
Yoga Alliance RYT 300 diploma. Small group of up to 8 participants.

PRICE
3,100 euros without accommodation, 3,900 euros with accommodation in a shared apartment, including all course materials; meals are self-catered. Matsya Yoga holds the Austrian Ö-Cert quality certificate; funding may be available for residents of Austria.
